3D Printer FDM "Loss of Extrusion"

by SUPPORT TEAM

It's inevitable with an FDM printer at some point you will encounter a loss of extrusion, where the material is jammed and will not feed.  This is a common occurance and is as easy to clear as a normal printer paper jam.  Just turn to the "Troubleshooting" section of the user guide and follow the quick and easy steps for "Recovering from a Loss of Extrusion".  If the jam persists, don't hesitate to contact our support team for more help or onsite service.

3D Printer ABS Material Storage

by SUPPORT TEAM

Remember with the holidays here and printer downtime you will want to store your ABS material properly to prevent any moisture build up or degredation to the filament. Always unload your material from the printer when not in use and enclose it in the foil bags to store in a cool dry enviroment. Proper care of the material will ensure maximum life benefit of it, and the machine.
