concerning the operations of the equipment of software you purchased from our
company, please call us at 800-762-4133 or 817-417-7775 and ask to speak with
Rita Vaughan. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. -
4:30 p.m. If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer
and is in need of service, contact us at 800-762-4133 or 817-417-7775 and we
will take care of it for you.
All state and local government agencies within the state of
For software products, please indicate product, version, platform, class/item,
and disk or CD required on all purchase orders. For hardware products, please
indicate product, class/item, and model number on all purchase orders. Please
include the exact billing and shipping addresses and user contact name and
phone number. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Delivery of
software will be made within 15-20 days ARO. Delivery of all hardware will be
made within 20-30 days ARO.
All new software products by Autodesk include installation and one-year
technical phone support at no additional charge. Upgrades are installed at a
rate of $85.00 per hour upon agency request and must be submitted on an agency

4:30 p.m. Central Time.)
All technical support problems that are deemed hardware related are chargeable
at a rate of $85.00 per hour.
We encourage all agencies to open and check all disks or CDs upon receipt. If a
disk or CD is found defective please contact Rita Vaughan, 800-762-4133, Monday-Friday,
8:00- a.m.- 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. All original disks or CDs must be returned,
preferably by UPS, and insured for $100.00 per set, with the RMA number placed
on the label. Include the user's name, telephone number (with extension), and
return address, along with an explanation of what problem has been incurred.
Please list all error messages and what function command was being used at the
time the error message was given. All disks or CDs will be evaluated and tested
by our technical support personnel for a determination of cause. If it is found
that the disk or CD operated properly at our facility and that the possibility
of hardware or pilot error exists, the user will be contacted and all original
disks or CDs will be returned. If a defect is found in the disks or CDs, TSI
will return the disks or CDs to Autodesk, Inc. for replacement. All product
replacements are returned by Autodesk to TSI via Federal Express Standard
Overnight. TSI will return to the agency by UPS Ground. Normal turn-around time
is three to five working days.
Autodesk, Inc. and TSI honor a 30-day return of all UNOPENED software
packages for whatever reason.
Opened software packages WILL NOT be accepted for return.
Statement of Guarantee
Teaching
Systems, Inc. guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for
products sold to state agencies for at least three years after a product is
discontinued.
